The No Drama Transaction: Working with Buyers (Virtual via Zoom) 05/11/2023, 2 PM - 05/11/2023, 6 PM SESSION DATE(S): 05/11 CREDIT HOURS: 4 hours (NC Update) If applicable - *SC licensees may need to submit a request to the SC Real Estate Commission for equivalent credit consideration. TUITION FEE(S): $50 (members); $65 (nonmembers) COURSE DESCRIPTION: The No Drama Transaction is designed to help brokers hone their skills in working with buyer clients. The techniques presented in this class will assist brokers in designing and implementing a systematic process which, when followed consistently, will enable brokers to achieve seamless closings, time after time. This class is being offered online live-stream through Zoom. Please review our Synchronous (live-stream) Class Technology requirements . Zoom link will be emailed one day prior to class. COURSE MATERIALS: Student Manual will be provided via the Reminder email sent one day prior. NOTE: Hardcopies of student materials may be available upon request by emailing canopyreinstitute@canopyrealtors.com. Shipping and handling charges will apply if request is for delivery. Arrangements must be made for request by pickup at our office. Canopy Real Estate Institute is located at 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204 and open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, excluding holidays. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: You are required to attend 90% of this class. Students cannot make up missed time due to lateness or absences. Students should ensure they can attend the required classroom hours before registering for a class. COMPLETION & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT: You will not receive credit for class time and participation if you fail to adhere to the policies outlined in our Policies and Procedures Disclosure. COURSE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Canopy Real Estate Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that have not yet begun as needed. Our minimum enrollment requirement is ten (10) students. Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course that has not yet begun will be given a minimum of 24-hour notice of the cancellation or new course schedule. Students will have the option to reschedule to another course or receive a full tuition refund, if applicable. Students who cannot attend the rescheduled course date(s) have the option to be counted as absent, reschedule to another course, or receive a full tuition refund. Canopy Real Estate Institute DOES NOT provide refunds for continuing education courses. You may withdraw from a course by giving written notice to the school prior to day of course. In such event, you will be rescheduled to a future course or registration placed on "hold" status. Courses due to transfers, rescheduling or registration "holds" must be completed on or before June 10 of the same license period and CANNOT be applied to another license period. Have questions?
