  • Format: Virtual via Zoom 
  • Attendance: 90% attendance required to receive NC CE credit
  • Materials: Available in your Virtual Student Dashboard prior to class. 
 
Course Description: This is the North Carolina Real Estate Commission's 2026-2027 Broker-in-Charge Update course for the renewal period July 1, 2026 through June 10, 2027. BICs and BIC-Eligible Brokers must take the BIC RE Update course. Brokers who are NOT BIC/BIC-Eligible will not receive CE credit for the BIC Update and must complete the General Update.
 
Before you Register: 
- This course is approved for NC Update CE credit ONLY.
- Continuing education course fees are nonrefundable. Transfers, withdrawals, attendance, cancellations and other course policies are governed by the CREI Policies & Procedures Disclosure.
