REALTORS® CODE OF ETHICS REQUIREMENTS: This Webinar will satisfy the triennial Cycle 7 (Jan. 1, 2022 -Dec. 31,2024) National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics requirement. Attendance will be monitored and members must attend at least 90% of the class to receive credit.

TUITION FEE(S): $10 (members); $30 (nonmembers) **All proceeds go to the Canopy Housing Foundation.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course will cover the following:

Overview of various articles of the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics
Update on changes since the previous Code of Ethics cycle.
Case studies to illustrate application of the Code of Ethics articles.

COURSE MATERIALS: Course materials will be located in your student dashboard available for download via Canopy Campus prior to start of course.

NOTE: Hardcopies of student materials may be available upon request by emailing canopyreinstitute@canopyrealtors.com. Shipping and handling charges will apply if request is for delivery. Arrangements must be made for request by pickup at our office. Canopy Real Estate Institute is located at 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204 and open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, excluding holidays.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Students are required to attend 90% of this class. Students cannot make up missed time due to lateness or absences. Students should ensure they can attend the required classroom hours before registering for a class. Students cannot use the allotted 10% to leave the class early.

COMPLETION & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT: Students will not receive Code of Ethics credit if they fail to adhere to the policies outlined in our Policies and Procedures Disclosure.

COURSE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Canopy Real Estate Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that have not yet begun as needed. Our minimum enrollment requirement is ten (10) students. Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course that has not yet begun will be given a minimum of 24-hour notice of the cancellation or new course schedule. Students will have the option to reschedule to another course or receive a full tuition refund, if applicable.

The Canopy Real Estate Institute WILL NOT provide a refund, hold or credit for this class. Your tuition will be donated to the Canopy Housing Foundation.
