TUITION FEE(S): $75 (Members); $85 (Non-members) - TWO (2) CE Courses

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This bundle includes the following classes: 2025-2026 General RE Update from 9am-1pm and Elective: Score! Credit Matters from 2pm-6pm

Important Note: The General RE Update is for all provisional and non-BIC brokers. If a BIC or broker who is BIC-eligible takes the General RE Update, CE Update credit will be given, but BIC status/eligibility will be lost.

This class is being offered online live-stream through Zoom. Please review our Synchronous (live-stream) Class Technology requirements. Please be sure the have latest version of the Zoom application downloaded to your computer/tablet BEFORE class.

COURSE MATERIALS: Course materials will be located in your student dashboard available for download via Canopy Campus prior to start of course.

NOTE: Hard copies of student materials may be available upon request by emailing canopyreinstitute@canopyrealtors.com. Shipping and handling charges will apply if request is for delivery. Arrangements must be made for request by pickup at our office. Canopy Real Estate Institute is located at 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204 and open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, excluding holidays.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Students are required to attend 90% of this class. Students cannot make up missed time due to lateness or absences. Students should ensure they can attend the required classroom hours before registering for a class. Students cannot use the allotted 10% to leave the class early.

COMPLETION & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT: You will not receive credit for class time and participation if you fail to adhere to the policies outlined in our Policies and Procedures Disclosure.

COURSE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Canopy Real Estate Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that have not yet begun as needed. Our minimum enrollment requirement is ten (10) students. Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course that has not yet begun will be given a minimum of 24-hour notice of the cancellation or new course schedule. Students will have the option to reschedule to another course or receive a full tuition refund, if applicable. Students who cannot attend the rescheduled course date(s) have the option to be counted as absent, reschedule to another course, or receive a full tuition refund.

CE WITHDRAWALS/TRANSFERS/REFUNDS: This bundled CE course offering does not qualify for transfers, registration holds, or refunds. Please ensure you are available on the scheduled date of Tuesday, January 13, 2026 prior to registering. Also note you must be a Provisional Broker or Non-Provisional Broker with NO BIC or BIC-eligible status in order to receive credit for the General RE Update (GENUP) course.
